I've never trained with a coach — is this for me?+

Yes. Most beginner athletes at Col de Sud have never had a plan before. The programme meets you exactly where you are.

Do I need equipment?+

No. We start with what you have. Any gear recommendations come later, only when they'll genuinely help.

What if I fall behind?+

You won't. The plan flexes with your week. Missing a session is information, not failure.
