Do I need to be experienced?+
No. Beginners are especially welcome. Every plan starts from where you are today — not where anyone else is.
What if life gets busy?+
Every plan adjusts weekly. If a week goes sideways, the plan adapts to what you can realistically do.
Do I need a running watch?+
A watch helps but isn't required. We'll agree on tools that fit your setup during your Discovery Call.
